Devan Ruggieri
In 2017, I completed my Hospitality Management degree at Penn State, then commenced my career with Starr Catering at the Philadelphia Museum of Art and Robin Museum. As my enthusiasm for event coordination flourished, I aspired to join Cescaphe, the leading wedding brand in Philadelphia. For more than six years, I've been part of Cescaphe's journey. Beginning as a tour liaison, I gradually advanced from sales to marketing roles. Four years ago, I seized the chance to contribute to the launch of our Concierge Program. I have a genuine passion for the wedding industry and cherish the privilege of contributing to such meaningful and unforgettable moments in my couples' lives.
Francesca Volpe
I have been part of Cescaphe since I was a child, at first watching my family build the company, and then joining in myself to work events as soon as I was old enough. Throughout the years I have worked pretty much every position there is at a wedding from coat check, to busser, to server. I graduated from Holy Family with a Nursing degree and after working at CHOP for several years, I could not ignore the excitement weddings bring me. I officially joined Cescaphe full time in 2021 and love every day that I get to welcome our brides and grooms into our family.
Keara Donohoe
After graduating from Saint Joseph’s University in 2020 I landed my first job working for a wedding design company. My passion for the wedding world quickly grew and that’s when I realized I wanted a bigger role with helping each bride and groom plan their big day! I then was hired at Cescaphe as a part of the Concierge team, which was a dream job of mine. In addition to that I assist the tour department on weekends helping couple’s find their perfect wedding venue for their special day!
